2025 Scholarship Reception

Last month, we got the chance to celebrate all of our 2025 scholarship recipients at our annual Scholarship Reception. It was so fun to honor these students and fellowship together. It’s unique to get so many scholarship recipients, fund sponsors, and trustees together in the same room, along with our greater church family, too!

At the Heart of the City Foundation, we are passionate about encouraging and empowering students who love Jesus Christ. We believe it is vital that we support the future influencers of our church, city, and world, and granting scholarships each year is one way we do it.

Over the last 45 years, many Covenant Partners of our church have left legacies with us to establish scholarship funds. These people were passionate about education and the opportunities education empowers a person to receive, and they wanted to ensure that students of future generations would get to experience those opportunities. It’s beautiful to be a part of stewarding their legacies and seeing their fulfillment in each of our scholarship recipients each year.
